I'M BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!

Hey folks! That's right! I'm back. I've been away for quite some time. I have been extremely busy (a.k.a. haven't really thought of anything to write about) and just haven't had time to create another blog post. But, I'm back, and hopefully will keep the posts up.

I've decided to write about something that has really made me quite angry. I was watching T.V. tonight, and there was a lexus commercial, and the commercial was playing the famous christmas song Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree. There were a few lexuses (or lexii) that were swerving back and forth in a parking lot around christmas trees. Maybe you've seen this commercial. I can't seem to find the commerical on youtube or else I would show it to you.

The disgusting thing about this is the fact that the current date is November 8th.

I'm sorry. Maybe I wasn't clear enough. Let me say that again...

THE CURRENT DATE IS NOVEMBER 8th!!!

I can't believe that those friggen commercials have officially skipped right over my favorite holiday, Thanksgiving! Those BASTARDS! Who do they think they are? Thanksgiving is the only holiday that you can make a big deal out of without having to pay an arm and a leg for gifts. It's a time to get together as a family and eat as much food as you can and pass out while watching football. How much better can you get than that? It is also a very important time as a family to reflect on what you do have instead of worrying about what you don't have. It is so important to have. And the media has just skipped right over it. ABC Family is even having an event known as The 25 days UNTIL The 25 days of Christmas Marathon. This is not a countdown! This is just 50 days of showing Christmas movies!!!!!!!!!

This really makes me sick. This kind of attitude is the exact reason why we are currently in a recession. Stores are so obsessed about making money that they need to officially skip over an NATIONAL holiday. This kind of attitude is just unacceptable and can not be tolerated any longer.

So I urge all of you who are reading this right now to listen to my advice. The stores and media need to know what they are doing wrong. They obviously can't see it themselves. They need us to do something! We need to inform the stores and media that they are doing something wrong. That is why I urge you to save your Christmas shopping until after Thanksgiving. When you see a Christmas movie being played on T.V., turn it to another station that is not showing anything Christmas on. Those television stations keep track of everyone who watches their station. If no one watches it, maybe they will finally get the message. The same goes for stores. If no one is buying their Christmas items early, then they WILL lose money! Then they will realize the error of their ways!
BOYCOTT CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!
